
Registrations are now open for the Short Course in Bioinformatics, with applications accepted until February 17, 2025.
This three-day training session, titled “Decoding (Meta)Genomes for Natural Products Discovery”, will provide hands-on experience and expert insights into bioinformatics tools and approaches.
Course Highlights:
- Bioinformatics for bioprospection and phylogenetic strategies for natural product discovery;
- Computational protein structure prediction;
- Hands-on training with tools such as antiSMASH, BiG-SCAPE, MicrobeMASST (GNPS), NapDos2, and more.
The final day will feature guest speakers sharing their latest research:
